“My weight was increasing everyday and I had to keep purchasing new larger clothes to fit me. I felt hopeless and also helpless as I didn’t know which way to turn for help! When I heard about Powwer Eat and Powwer Detox, I liked the idea that I could lose weight whilst eating!! I had been on many starvation faddy diets and was thoroughly sick of yoyo dieting!!

I was initially quite skeptical but thought I would go along for a consultation anyways. “My 8 year old daughter is a large girl and has had trouble with her weight for many years. My husband and I have tried many different people to help her including nutritionists and exercise therapy etc.

“I have achieved my Goal Weight yet but it still has made such a difference to me. People I had not seen for a year have commented on how good I look. For several weeks after my first meeting with Ahlaam Ali there was no improvement either in my physical condition or my general feeling of well being. This was because I did not commit myself to her programme and without commitment there is no pay back. I finally found a second gear and combined Ahlaam’s recipes and her words of wisdom (her soul food?). After several 1 to 1 consultations where Ahlaam listened carefully to what I was looking for she very cleverly adapted her Powwer Eat programme to accommodate some Detox guidelines. I then started to go to the gym and combined with her new nutrition plan the results started to improve almost immediately. Six weeks later and seven kilos lighter I feel so much better – my yearly medical check-up last week showed better BP, BMI, no cholesterol problems and a more relaxed heart beat than this time 12 months ago. I am nearly at end of my programme for Powwer EAT, and let me express my admiration, as to how beautifully the program has gone beyond my expectations. When I started my program I was initially sceptical as to how a program that did not require me to stay hungry or partially hungry will work, I was initially scared that with all the food that I would be having what I if I put on weight, however I had only to call you at any time and you patiently assuaged my fears and insecurities.

Anyway the best had yet to come after a week of healthy eating and moderate exercise, I had lost 1 kg and 12.5 inches overall, and motivation, as provided by you and the rest of the group was amazing. Although it was my success but an equal part was yours.

I attribute my success with the program to the fact that, I was not required to make any drastic changes to my existing diet, and because of the healthy eating program I am having my meals regularly and with proper balance of fruits and vegetables and do not have any more of sugar cravings, which is good for my health.
Enrolling for Powwer Eat seems to be the best gift I have given to myself over so many years.
