We design your personal Powwer™ Eat Plan which takes into account your lifestyle, activity level, ethnicity, likes and dislikes regarding food and various other factors.
Therefore the plan is built to adapt around you and your lifestyle rather than you having to adapt to the plan.
Please remember we do NOT put you on a diet, we just design you a healthy eating plan which will enable you to lose weight as an extra benefit if that is your goal.
At Powwer™ Eat we do not believe in crash diets or diets that make you leave out certain food groups. We work to get your metabolism up to a healthy level so that you can eat and drink healthily for the rest of your life whilst maintaining your ideal goal.

We can also work out if you have any food intolerances which may be stopping you from losing weight even if you are not eating too much. We will also draw up supplement profiles, activity profiles to enable you to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
