Q: How many pounds/kilos should I expect to lose?
A: As long as you follow the menu plans, exercise plans, and listen to the nutritionist you can expect to lose 2-4 pounds/1-2 kilos a week. |

A: We at Powwer™ Eat have many different programs designed for your safe and long term weight-loss results with the prices varying. We encourage you to set an appointment so we can define what programme is right for you depending on your health history. |

A: We have many different ways to support you as you reach your goals. We have group settings where you will not only get support from a nutritionist but from other members as well. And we also have personal one on one programmes as well. It really depends on what you prefer. |

A: Absolutely, we have Powwer™ Bhangra as well as Powwer™ Abs classes that will help you tone up. We also have our G5 massage machine that tones the skin, and breaks down cellulite. Powwer™ Eat is not only for weight loss, we focus on teaching our clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle as well. |
Q: How long will I need to stay on the menu plans?
A: Depending on how much weight you need to lose, there are different programmes that will work for you. Talk to one of our team members for more information. |
Q: When should I weigh in?
A: You will weigh in weekly along with having your measurements taken. |
Q: Will I need to exercise?
A: Exercise is a vital component not only for weight loss but for maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well. We strongly encourage you to exercise, your weight will come off much quicker if you do. |
Q: How do I keep the weight off?
A: If you make the changes in your eating habits permanent, you will be able to keep the weight off for life. |
Q: What if I can't make it to a session?
A: If you can not make it to a session please call us so you can reschedule your personal counseling session however, if you are involved in Powwer™ Eaters' Club meetings then that meeting is considered missed without a makeup, but you do have the option to purchase more weeks if you would like. |
